![]() Grants for Post-Doctoral Research or University Lecturing Two research grants and one lecturing award are offered annually to U.S. citizens for research or lecturing about the European Union or US-EU affairs. Two research awards are available for projects focussing on the organizations of the European Union, particularly on the process of institution building within the EU. Projects focussing on US-EU relations will also be considered. Applicants must arrange their own affiliation with an institution or university within any Member State of the EU. One award for lecturing on transatlantic relations at the College of Europe in Brugge, Belgium. The College of Europe offers a Master’s program in European affairs to a select group of graduates from all European countries and North America. Fluency in French is desirable, but not required.
